Home care:
- I received precise recommendations that I should avoid the use of aggressive chemicals for hair, the use of high temperature regimes during styling and other factors that can negatively affect the result of the procedure.
- I agree to follow the instructions and recommendations of a hair care specialist after the procedure to ensure long-term results and minimize possible negative consequences
- I undertake to carry out a home hair care procedure in accordance with high quality and safety standards. I also guarantee the use of high-quality and certified products and materials for hair preservation.

Risks and limitations:
- I am aware that hair coloring is a procedure aimed at changing the color of hair using chemicals.
- I understand that the results of coloring may differ depending on my original hair color, hair condition and other factors.
- I am aware that the procedure may take some time and may require several visits to the salon, depending on the desired result and my hair.
- I confirm that I have been informed about the possible risks and complications associated with the procedure, including hair damage, hair texture changes, allergic reactions and other undesirable effects.
- I am aware that the results of coloring may be temporary and will require regular maintenance and correction in order to preserve the hair color.
- - I confirm that I have no medical contraindications and allergic reactions for the hair coloring procedure.

Settlement of contractual relations
Realizing that the results of the hair coloring procedure may be individual and depend on the condition of my hair, I confirm that I am familiar with the conditions and agree to the following points:
-In case of dissatisfaction with the result of hair care procedures, I undertake to immediately inform the master / stylist. The salon, in turn, will give me the opportunity to fix the problem.
-In case of defects or unsatisfactory quality of the work performed by the salon, the salon assumes responsibility to correct or finish the work qualitatively.
-To receive a refund, you need to contact the Ministry of Human Rights and undergo an examination, which should confirm the guilt of the salon. This format is possible only if the result cannot be corrected or changed, then a refund is possible.
-This agreement comes into force from the moment of my signing and remains valid until the hair straightening procedure is completed.
-Any changes or additions to this agreement must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.

Additions:
I am aware that during the procedure, unpleasant odors and temporary irritation of the mucous membrane MAY (but not necessarily) occur. It is important to note that this procedure is exclusively cosmetic in nature and has no effect on the hair follicles. Cosmetics do not penetrate the body and act only superficially and is designed to improve the appearance of the hair. It is important to note that the procedure does not replace daily hair styling, but significantly reduces the time and simplifies this process.

I declare that I have familiarized myself with the conditions, risks and limitations of the procedure and voluntarily and informatively agree to its conduct.
