Instructions for the beauty salon administrator on issuing a LoyalCards loyalty card:
1. Preparation for issuing the loyalty card:
- Ensure that the system is working correctly.
- Scan the QR code on the poster. The loyalty program registration for HAIRLAB should open on the phone.
2. Loyalty card issuance procedure:
- Offer the client to join your beauty salon's loyalty program.
- If the client agrees, ask them to scan the poster with the QR code.
- The client will automatically be directed to the HAIRLAB loyalty program registration page.
- The client needs to enter their name and number, and then click submit. If the client is already registered in our loyalty program, the system will recognize them. Otherwise, the system will automatically register them, and they will appear in the HAIRLAB system.
- Offer the client to install the card in the Apple Wallet or Samsung Wallet, depending on their phone.
3. Using the loyalty card:
- The client does not need to present the card during each visit to the beauty salon. Bonus accumulation also happens through the HAIRLAB system.
- Remember that now all bonus transactions will be displayed on the client's phone. They will receive push notifications.
- The client can also see the next visit date on the online card, which is very convenient. Make sure to inform the client about this.
4. Status:
- We now have three statuses: Bronze, Silver, Gold. The status changes depending on the purchased services.
- After purchasing services totaling 1500 AED, the status becomes Bronze, and the client receives a 3% cashback.
- After purchasing services totaling 3500 AED, the status becomes Silver, and the client receives a 5% cashback.
- After purchasing services totaling 6000 AED, the status becomes Gold, and the client receives a 10% cashback.
It is important to install the card for all clients. Offer your assistance in installing the card to everyone.
